Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will need to provide proof of purchase and may be asked to provide additional information.

If your return is accepted, we'll provide instructions for how and where to send your package and work with you to make it right. If your purchase was made with Free Shipping, you will be responsible for shipping costs associated with your return. We are not responsible for items returned to us without prior authorization.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us for assistance.
